Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with our service, provided you have not accessed more than three individual labs. One-time lab purchases are non-refundable once the lab environment has been launched.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.
